What are the opening hours?We are open 7 days a week: Weekdays: 9:15 - 10 am Class in Session Open Play from 10 am - 6 pm Weekends: 8 am - 6 pm We may be closed for private parties on weekends. Please check our website or Instagram page for updates. Book your 2 hour timed visit in advance! While we are open 7 days a week, we occasionally need to adjust our schedule due to holidays, inclement weather or special events. Always check our website to verify we are open before visiting. We will do our best to communicate any schedule changes promptly to our customers via the website and social media.

Do you offer day passes?We offer drop-in day passes. Your drop-in pass is limited to 2 hours of play time. You can book your visit in advance or drop-in. Please note that each visit allows for only one entry (you can't leave and come back within your 2 hours play session). One play pass is good for one child plus one adult. For siblings open play visit, please purchase a sibling ticket.

Can I drop-in for open play session?Yes, you can drop-in for an open play session. Please note that each visit allows for only one entry (you can't leave and come back within your 2 hours play session). You can book your visit in advance and arrive anytime during the opening hours. You can also walk-in for an open play session. Capacity restrictions may apply. Please check our opening hours on weekends - we may be closed for private events.

What open play sessions do you offer?We offer drop-in open play sessions, sibling play sessions and a yearly membership.

Do I have to sign a waiver?Yes! Every parent/guardian who enters The Play Lab must sign a waiver for any child under the age of 18 that are under their care. No exceptions. The Play Lab has the right to refuse entry if the guardian does not sign a waiver. Birthday Party hosts are responsible to have their guests sign the waivers as well.

What is your Covid-19 policy?Face masks are optional at this time. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is no longer required. Please practice social distancing, wash hands or use hand sanitizer frequently. Hand sanitizers are provided.

What is your health post-pandemic policy?The Play Lab follows strictly enforced precautions. Face masks are optional and proof of Covid-19 vaccination is no longer required. The space is cleaned and disinfected multiple times a day. We use a medical grade air purifier. Hand sanitizers and disinfecting wipes are provided.

Do I need to wear socks?Yes! Socks are required in play areas. We have socks for purchase (for children and adults). Free grip socks are included in the membership.

Is food allowed or offered at The Play Lab?Yes. Food is offered in the cafeteria area (snacks and drinks). You also are welcome to bring in baby foods and light snacks to consume in our cafeteria area only. Please note food and drinks are not allowed in playspace area and bathroom.

What ages is The Play Lab best for?The Play Lab has been designed to grow with your child's developmental skills and is open to children ages of 0 months old up to 7 years old. If your child is under 6 months old entry is free when accompanied by a sibling who has a paid pass.

Does The Play Lab require adult participation?The Play Lab is not a drop off playspace. Parents and caregivers must watch their child(ren) at all times. All adults are responsible for the well-being and behavior of their child(ren). This rule applies to open play visits and toddler classes as well as birthday parties.

Is there a place for personal belongings?We have cubbies for shoes and a coat rack as well as a place for strollers. Please note The Play Lab is not responsible for belongings stolen or lost.

Are you a nut-free facility?We do not allow any nuts, however we can't guarantee that we are fully a nut-free facility.

What is your sick child policy?Please be considerate and do not bring any child(ren) who have any symptoms of illness (e.g. cough, fever, runny nose, etc.) or have a medical condition (e.g. COVID-19, lice, measles, etc.). If your child(ren) have had a fever within the last 24 hours before your planned visit, please do not bring them into the playspace. We may refuse entry to any child with illness symptoms as well as with fever.
