Caring Child

  • Opening hours: 7 days a week, Monday through Friday, 10 am - 6 pm, Weekends, 8 am - 6 pm (exceptions apply for birthday parties, closures/holidays & morning classes).

  • Please note we have a summer schedule for July & August.

  • For ages 0 months old up to 7 years old. Entry for children under 6 months old is free when accompanied by a sibling with a paid pass or membership.

  • Single pass is valid for 2 hours. Visits included in the membership have unlimited time.  

  • ​Socks required in play areas for kids and adults. Free grip socks for members.

  • Sibling discount available.

  • Single passes not eligible for refunds.

  • One visit is good for one child and one adult.

  • A child must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Memberships - flexible cancellation (check our policies for details). Cancel any time by calling us or emailing at team@theplaylabny.com

  • Availability per class - maximum 12 spots - please book in advance!
